A topical numbing cream is applied before and during treatment to keep you comfortable. Most clients describe the sensation as mild scratching at most. Keke checks in throughout to make sure you're at ease.

Brow appointments are typically 2–3 hours from start to finish. This includes your consultation, brow mapping, the treatment itself and aftercare guidance. Never rushed — always thorough.

Results typically last up to 2 years depending on your skin type, lifestyle and aftercare. Oily skin may fade faster. A top-up appointment is recommended every 12–18 months keeps your brows looking fresh.

Your touch-up appointment is booked at 6–8 weeks, once your skin has fully healed — this is where we refine the shape and colour to get everything just right. Touch-ups are £30 for Ombre Powder Brows and £40 for Combination Brows. WhatsApp aftercare support is included throughout.

Possibly — it depends on the existing work. Please send a clear photo of your brows to admin@kekekosmetics.co.uk or DM @keke.kosmetics before booking so Keke can assess whether the treatment is suitable. Some previous work may need to fade further before we can proceed.

Klarna is available on treatments over £50, letting you spread the cost in instalments. For Academy packages, the Klarna payments will be set up prior to the start of your course.

Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment, avoid blood-thinning medications where possible (always consult your GP first), and come with clean skin — no makeup on the brow area. Full aftercare kit and guidance is given to you after your appointment.
